Director/PDMR Shareholding

Park Group plc ("Park" or the "Company") has today been informed that, on 25 February 2010, Christopher Houghton, Managing Director of Park, transferred 147,139 ordinary shares of 2p each in the company (the "shares") to his wife Jane Hilary Houghton.  On the same day, Martin Richard Stewart, Finance Director, transferred 100,000 Shares to his wife Paula Christine Stewart and Gary Woods, Managing Director of Park Retail Limited, transferred 42,953 Shares to his long-term partner Lesley Diane Gibbons.

The beneficial interest of the aforementioned directors in the Shares remains unchanged.
