("Park" or the "Company")
Dividend Payment Date

The Company is pleased to announce that the interim dividend of 0.44 pence per share will now be paid on 23 March 2010, not the 1 April 2010 as previously announced. The ex-dividend date and associated record date remain the same.

The dividend will be paid on 23 March 2010 to shareholders on the register on 5 March 2010.
