Director/PDMR Shareholding

Park Group plc has today been informed that, on 8 April 2010, The Johnson Foundation sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company (the “Shares”) at a price of 18.75p per share. Following the sale of the Shares, The Johnson Foundation will hold 5,665,454 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company (representing 3.43 per cent. of the issued share capital and the total voting rights of the Company). Peter Johnson, Executive Chairman of Park, has a non-beneficial interest in The Johnson Foundation, of which he is a trustee. The Foundation’s charitable objectives include the support of health, education and youth on Merseyside and its environs.
