("Park" or "the Company")
TRANSFER OF SHARES TO SPOUSE

The Company has today been notified that Mr C Houghton has today transferred 175,658 ordinary shares of 2 pence in Park Group plc into the name of his wife Jane Hilary Houghton for nil consideration. 

 Following the transfer, Mr Houghton's total holding of shares in Park Group plc (including shares held in his wife's name) remained unchanged at 322,797 shares representing approximately 0.2% of the total issued shares in the Company.
