Director/PDMR Shareholding

Park Group plc (Park or the Company) has today been informed that, on 8 January 2010, The Johnson Foundation purchased 45,454 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 20p per share.  Following the purchase of the Shares The Johnson Foundation will hold 5,865,454 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company (representing 3.55 per cent of the issued share capital and the total voting rights of the Company).  Peter Johnson, Executive Chairman of Park, has a non-beneficial interest in The Johnson Foundation, of which he is a trustee.  The Foundation's charitable objectives include the support of health, education and youth on Mereyside and its environs.
